About WorldTractor.com

WorldTractor.com is an independent website focused on heavy equipment for mining, earthmoving and major infrastructure construction. It is a U1.ca property. The current website introduces equipment classes and potential editorial subjects; it is not currently an operating equipment marketplace, brokerage, auction, dealership, or provider of engineering or maintenance services.

Information, not a transaction offer

Information on this website is general and provided for informational purposes. Descriptions of machine types, uses, operating economics and industry themes are not verified specifications for any individual machine, offers for sale, appraisals, warranties, technical advice, or commitments about future services.

Verify manufacturer specifications, operating conditions, safety requirements and commercial terms directly with qualified parties before making equipment, financial or operational decisions.

Independent status

WorldTractor.com is not represented as affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer, dealer, mining company, auction company or media organization unless specifically stated and documented. Manufacturer names and product references, where used, identify the relevant equipment.

Imagery and intellectual property

Original WorldTractor content and branding are protected as applicable. The site includes original AI-generated equipment visualizations and appropriately attributed photographs from third-party sources. Those sources retain their respective rights and licences. Photographs are illustrative, not depictions of machines offered for sale by WorldTractor.com.

You may not copy or reuse site materials in ways prohibited by applicable law or their governing licences.

External links and service availability

Links to other websites are provided as a convenience. We do not control their content, operations or privacy practices. Site features may change or be unavailable, and no particular future publication, marketplace or service launch is promised.

Liability and updates

We seek to present useful, accurate information but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldTractor.com and U1.ca disclaim responsibility for losses arising from reliance on general site materials. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may change as the website develops. Continued use is subject to the current posted version.
